First Europeans in NZ

The first European explorer was Abel Tasman

He arrived in 1642
He gave the name to land Nova Zelandia

 The next explorer was James Cook and his chief navigator Tupaia
Europeans brought pigs rats food and diseases
A musket was a gun
In 1830 the Musket Wars ended
